Financial assistance
We do not currently offer financial assistance, but we do accept vouchers, subsidy, and CCSA scholarships. The parent may be required to pay a portion not covered by the voucher.
How early do I need to begin the enrollment process?
We strongly encourage you to complete an application as soon as possible, as we maintain a healthy waitlist. We accept applications year round.
How do I know if there is an opening for my child?
Once your online application has been submitted and fee paid, our staff will contact you immediately if an opening is available. If there is currently no availability, you will be added to the waitlist.
What number am I on the waitlist?
This is a tricky question. Children on the waitlist are sorted by birth date. When vacancies in a classroom occur, we look at the waitlist to find corresponding birth dates. Those are sorted by application date with priority given to families of enrolled siblings.
How are available spots offered?
All available spots are offered on a first-come first-serve basis with preference given to siblings of children already enrolled.
What happens to my position on the waitlist if I choose to defer when a spot is offered?
If you defer, we will simply continue down our list. You will not lose your spot on the list, and will be contacted when the next spot becomes available.

A snack is the morning and in the afternoon is provided. This consists of sweet or savory freshly baked bread, crackers, granola or other sumptuous treat prepared by our chef accompanied by a fresh fruit or vegetable compilation.
Lunch is provided and is served family style. Meals are prepared using fresh, organic ingredients from our local farms as much as possible. Milk is provided by Maple View Farms. A weekly menu is posted on our website and in each classroom. A detailed description of each day’s menu is posted in the front hallway every morning.
May I send food from home?
Each family is expected to bring in a piece of fresh, uncut fruit or vegetable every day. Dried fruits such as raisins, cranberries, or cherries are also welcome. This is an important contribution for each child to offer and can serve as an effective transition object between home and school.
