In order to minimize covid spread, the roles of the pedagogista, full-time substitute and enrichment teacher have been merged into a hybrid position called the Bridge Teacher. The Bridge Teacher will be the exclusive support for two classrooms. They will provide provocations, create special projects, provide nap support, planning time, as well as serve as the exclusive substitute for the two rooms. Most critically, they will be the ONLY teacher physically traveling between two rooms.
