She is excited about continuing my journey here at The Little School with both fantastic co-workers and some amazing children.

Mo believes that play is a child’s most important work, and she strives to create and maintain an environment where your child can grow and thrive, while exploring the world around them. She is very thankful that our parents are sharing their precious children with her!
Rachel has lived in NC since she was four years old, and enjoyed an eclectic student-led homeschool curriculum until she returned to her hometown of Staunton, VA to attend Mary Baldwin College for her senior year of high school. There she studied Math, Music, and Shakespeare, while serving as an officer in the campus Writing Club. Rachael returned to NC and successfully completed EMT training. Serving as a volunteer tutor and substitute at The Hawbridge Charter School, in Saxapahaw, NC, she discovered her true passion for education. She eagerly anticipates putting all of her past and future studies and experiences into work and further studies in the field of Early Childhood Education. Her other interests include baking and needlework, and she’s recently discovered the joys of video gaming.
