Nate McMullen, aka Chef Nate, has been cooking professionally for over ten years. His experiences range from an Inn outside of Ann Arbor, Michigan which specialized in game to the prestigious Fearrington House Inn located in Pittsboro. No matter where he cooks his focus is on fresh and local ingredients. Cooking for children is an opportunity to share his love of fine ingredients with the pickiest and most honest consumers around. Every week the children are exposed to local, organic vegetables and fruits prepared with the same love and care that he shows his own family. In fact, his two children are students at TLS. Nate’s amazing menus and wonderful food smells grace the noses of parents, staff and children throughout the day and he provides our children a culinary experience that is wholesome, healthy, and delicious.
