Farm to Table Meals

Join us on the TLS Hillsborough Courtyard for a farm meal inspired by the changing season. This fall gathering will be our last Farm to Table meal until spring 2019.  We will set up in the the courtyard gardens, and enjoy the divine talents of our Chefs, wonderful company, and all the best of the fall harvest. We will be sourcing meat, produce and herbs from T-5 Farm, Celebrity Dairy, Blue Sky Farms, and our own campus.


October 26th 6pm 

Pork Roulade Stuffed with Mushroom Duxelle, Roasted Red Peppers and Dijon. (Vegetarian alternative by request) 

Baked Roman Gnocchi with Gruyere Cheese

Baby Kale and Frisée Salad with Fall Squash, Blue Cheese and Cranberries 

Cinnamon Apple Crêpes

$20 per adults, $10 children 6-13 and up, free for children 5 and under

BYOB (all the B’s allowed!)
