For those of you out there that would put Julia Childs to shame, read no further (and can we come to dinner?). For the rest of us working Moms and Dads who can’t effectively boil an egg let alone feed a picky toddler, the struggle is REAL! Chef David to the rescue. 

How does one COOK goat?

So glad you asked! Chef David will be doing a Farm to Table inspired cooking class on Saturday, April 27th from 10-12. The participants will discuss menu creation, local farm sourcing, flavor profiles and of course goat! The class will prepare Goat Curry and Coconut Pastry. Space is limited!
