Cooking with Chef David

For those of you out there that would put Julia Childs to shame, read no further (and can we come to dinner?). For the rest of us working Moms and Dads who can’t effectively boil an egg let alone feed a picky toddler, the struggle is REAL! Chef David to the rescue. He has poured over your emails and is ready to offer TLS’s first and long awaited cooking class for parents. 

For this maiden voyage the class with prepare Pollo de Tinga, slow-roasted pork and stewed black bean tacos. David will walk us through the basics of food prep, over coming our anxiety, where to shop, knife skills and menu planning. This will be a participatory class, so come prepared to roll up your sleeves and get messy. Due to size, we must limit to 10 attendees.
